Job summary

3H Medical, an NHS Highland GP Practice, invites applications for a Care Navigator/Dispenser. The role involves providing a comprehensive reception service to patients and performing a wide range of administrative duties within a busy, friendly team.

You will travel between the three NHS Highland sites as required, bringing good interpersonal and IT skills, being methodical with excellent attention to detail, and contributing as a supportive team member. This post is not visa-sponsorable.

Job description

CARE NAVIGATOR- 3H Medical is an NHS Highland GP Practice situated in beautiful North East Highlands. We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Navigator/Dispenser to join our friendly multi-disciplinary team.

The post is based in at one of the 3H sites and travel between will be expected, but is not suitable for applicants requiring a visa or sponsorship.

You will be instrumental to ensuring our patients receive the right care from the right professional at the right time. To be successful in this role you will have good interpersonal and IT skills. You will be methodical with excellent attention to detail and you will be a team player. You will provide a comprehensive reception service to our patients and have a wide range of administrative duties. This is a busy role, within a fast paced, friendly and supportive environment.
