Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an Operations / Care Navigation Manager to oversee day-to-day practice operations, lead staff, and ensure compliance with policy, procedure and employment law. You will manage recruitment, inductions, appraisals and staff development to maintain service quality.

You will monitor KPIs, supervise the clinical system, support patient online services, maintain records and drive continuous improvement while ensuring IT security and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring staff achieve their primary responsibilities effectively and in a timely manner
• Lead for recruitment including pre-employment checks and DBS
• Manage staff payroll and HR records
• Monitor KPIs including recruitment, absence, turnover and mandatory training
• Lead on clinical system management, IT security and IG compliance
