Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Level 5 management qualification and care leadership.
• Full UK driving license due to travel between services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of CQC standards and care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day delivery of high-quality care and support.
• Manage, support and develop care staff with a professional culture.
• Ensure services are safe and compliant with CQC and policies.
• Oversee assessment, implementation and review of care plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and monitor changes in needs.
• Manage safeguarding, incidents, complaints, and escalation.
• Recruitment, induction, supervision and staff development.
• Liaise with authorities, commissioners and external agencies.
