Job summary

Care By Us Ltd is seeking a Care Manager to support the Branch Managers in running the service and supervising office staff. You will deputise for the branch manager and assist with rostering, care coordination, community care, compliance, audits, payroll, and reports across the branch.

The role requires an experienced care professional who is organised, efficient and passionate about delivering high-quality community care within the UK.

Job Description

The role of the Care Manager is to support the Branch Managers in the effective running of service. You will be responsible for the first line supervision of office staff and deputise for the branch manager in their absence. You will support the branch across all functions including: Rosters and care coordination, care in the community, compliance, audit, payroll, complaints and reports.

Qualifications

You will need to be an efficient, organised and experienced care professional who is passionate about providing the best in community care, thrive on and have experience in managing a team within a health and social care environment.
