Key Responsibilities of a Care Manager:

• Oversee the daily operations of the domiciliary care service, ensuring high-quality care delivery.

• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain exceptional standards of care.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and external professionals.

Care Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience in a management role within domiciliary care.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and a commitment to high standards of care.
• Proven ability to manage service delivery and contribute to service growth.
• £32,000 – £35,000 plus a performance-based bonus scheme.
• Work with a dedicated team in a well-established service.
• Upskilling Senior Carers to move management from on call.
