Job summary

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a Registered Service Manager for our well-established 10-bedded residential service in Keighley, West Yorkshire. You will lead day-to-day operations, inspire a large team, drive quality and compliance, and manage budgets and reporting to deliver high-quality care.

This hands-on leadership role requires proven experience in learning disabilities and autism services, a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards), and a visible, energetic leadership style

About the Role As Registered Service Manager, you will:
