Job summary

Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics is seeking a Care & Maintenance Coordinator to lead day-to-day warehouse activities at Sizewell C. You will support planning, permits and authorisations, and ensure the safe execution of C&M tasks with LLP involvement.

The role demands strong HSE knowledge and stakeholder engagement. With an engineering background and IOSH Managing Safely, you will manage access, tool provisioning, and safety, while driving continuous improvements and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Engineering background essential for C&M activities.
• Strong HSE knowledge and UK regulatory awareness.
• IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent required.
• Advanced Excel, data handling and analysis skills.
• Excellent presentation, influencing and organisational abilities.
• Understanding of procurement, logistics and ONR licence conditions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities at the warehouse facility.
• Support planning of C&M work packs, permits and authorisations.
• Ensure safe, effective coordination and execution of C&M tasks.
• Coordinate with LLP and IP Operatives for access and tools.
• Oversee on-site C&M teams and engage with LLP for safety.
• Report progress, maintain C&M records and NCR close-out.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.
