Hampshire County Council is seeking a Care Leavers Personal Advisor to support young people transitioning from care. You will manage a caseload, mentor and coach for positive outcomes, and collaborate with partner agencies to empower independence.

The role supports hybrid working across Totton, Beech Hurst, and other Hampshire locations. The post offers permanent 37 hours or temporary 12 months at 18.5 hours, with a pro-rata salary and opportunities for personal development within a supportive

Qualificações

• Able to establish and maintain relationships with young people aged 16-25 and partner agencies.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience and compassionate approach in a challenging role.
• Experience in youth or care-leaver settings is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of care leavers aged 16-25 and organise your diary to visit them and complete admin work.
• Act as a mentor and coach to empower young people to reach their full potential, liaising with partner agencies.
• Work in a hybrid pattern, visiting offices, home visits and travel to multiple locations as required.
