Job summary

LHH is seeking a Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant to join their esteemed Child Care department. The successful applicant will represent various stakeholders and provide expert legal advice, particularly in Child Abduction cases, within a supportive and growth-oriented environment. Candidates should have solid legal qualifications and experience in Public Children Matters.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years PQE required.
Experience in managing caseloads in Public Children Matters.
Track record of business development and client networking.

Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant - LHH Recruitment Solutions (formerly Badenoch+Clark)

Children Panel Accredited Solicitor

You will join an esteemed Child Care department, led by experienced professionals. The team represents various stakeholders, including parents, Guardians children, adopters, foster carers, kinship carers, and provides comprehensive advice on child care law. They handle Child Abduction cases and have a team of expert lawyers available for support.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

A minimum of 3 years PQE.
Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Show competence and willingness to handle your own advocacy.
A steady client following is preferred.
Be open to networking and developing new business opportunities.
Hold qualifications as a lawyer, either as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
Be a member of the Law Society’s Accreditation Scheme for Children Law or Family Law.
Have a track record of effectively managing your own caseloads in Public Children Matters.
Exhibit self-motivation, clear analytical thinking, and accuracy in casework execution.
Be an ambitious legal professional dedicated to personal growth and professional development.
