Active Care Group is seeking a dedicated Chef for Kingly House in Hinckley, Leicestershire. This full-time role (40 hours weekly) offers a pro rata salary of £28,428.36 FTE per annum and requires running the full kitchen, managing cleaning, stock, and orders while ensuring high standards of food safety.

We welcome applicants with a passion for caring, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Competenze

• Prepare, cook and present meals to service users, following dietary requirements.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in line with HACCP.
• Keep kitchen clean, manage stock and complete orders.
• Demonstrate attention to detail in portioning and presentation.

Mansioni

• To support the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen and uphold the centre's reputation for quality.
• To prepare, cook and present food for service users, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Drive high standards of food safety and hygiene and liaise with inspectors if needed.
• Maintain records of production and inventory and work to planned menus.
