Agincare Group is seeking a dedicated chef for Cordelia care home in Fareham to craft meals that meet individual dietary needs while delivering comfort and care to residents. You will manage daily kitchen operations, develop menus with culinary creativity, ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation, and participate in training and development opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen and an understanding of kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of dietary requirements (IDDSI framework is desirable).
• Availability to work day shifts and alternate weekends.
• Bank/zero-hour contract in current posting.
