Job summary

Priorslee House Care Home, part of Care Concern Group Limited, is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to help deliver high quality meals in a clean, safe kitchen. You will support preparation, stocking and deliveries, and work with the Chef and team to maintain smooth kitchen operations.

The role offers a consistent routine with weekends on a rotation basis, and benefits include paid Enhanced DBS, uniform, group life assurance, and access to wellbeing and development schemes.

Qualifications

• A positive and reliable approach.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential.

• Support delivery of high quality meals in a clean, safe kitchen.
• Assist with food preparation, cleanliness, deliveries, storage and stock organisation.
