Job summary

Peabody is hiring a Care Support Worker (Female Only) in Clacton On Sea to help women live independently and reach their goals. You will support daily living and personal care, building confidence and promoting wellbeing as part of a supportive team.

The role requires a full UK manual driving licence, strong communication skills, and a caring, reliable approach. Training is provided with opportunities for development and flexible shifts across 7 days.

Qualifications

• Caring, positive and reliable approach.
• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team.
• Previous care experience is welcome but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support with daily living and personal care.
• Encourage independence, hobbies and community involvement.
• Build positive relationships and promote wellbeing.
• Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
