Job summary

Langdon House Care Home in Cambridge is seeking a Team Leader to guide and support our care team, ensuring high-quality care for residents. The role focuses on leadership, supervision, and driving excellent resident outcomes. It offers development opportunities, including NVQ Level 3 progression.

The Team Leader works a 45-hour week on a rota from Monday to Sunday, with days and nights possible, and a competitive salary with enhancements on bank holidays.

Qualifications

• You must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Experience in a similar senior care position.
• Proven ability to lead, empower, support and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the care team whilst on duty.
• Motivate and inspire passion into our care team to deliver exceptional outcomes in care.
• Manage supervision, appraisal and performance management of the care team.
• Carry out enhanced clinical care duties and monitor vital signs.
