Athena Care Homes is seeking a Team Leader for Langdon House Care Home in Cambridge. You will lead the care team, ensuring high-quality care and a warm, resident-centered environment. The role involves rota-based supervision and driving standards of clinical care and compassion.

With 44-hour weeks on a rotating 12-hour shift pattern, you will mentor staff, support residents, and contribute to ongoing learning and development opportunities within Athena Care Homes.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is required.
• Experience in a similar senior care position is preferred.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and direction to the care team on duty.
• Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional resident care.
• Manage supervision, appraisal and performance of the care team.
• Carry out enhanced clinical duties and monitor vital signs as needed.
