Job summary

LOVE@Care Ltd is seeking passionate support workers in Scotland to provide person-centred care for a young adult male in his home and community. This 12-hour waking night and day shift package requires coverage across both day and night shifts in Cumbernauld, with a focus on independence and wellbeing.

We offer funded qualifications in health and social care, mileage paid at 35p per mile, induction training, wellbeing support, and a supportive team environment that values dignity and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Experience with vulnerable adults is desirable.
• Experience with Autism or Learning Disabilities is advantageous.
• Staff will receive ongoing mentoring, training and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support to the client in the home and community.
• Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing; help achieve personal goals.
• Assist with daily living tasks, cooking, cleaning and personal care as required.
• Support social activities, outings and skills development in the client environment.
