Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our care team. You will recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents, conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, and contribute to care planning and coaching for support workers.

Reporting to the Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Nurse, the role focuses on high-quality personal care, dignity, and promoting independence, within a values-driven environment.

• NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or working towards.

About the role

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be working as part of the care team, recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents, conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, as well as, contributing to care planning and coaching support workers. With an emphasis on high quality, the purpose of the role is to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.
