Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in providing compassionate, person-centered care for residents in our home in England. You will support residents with daily activities while upholding dignity and promoting independence.

As part of a focused team, you will report to the Nurse/Senior Support Worker and contribute to maintaining consistently high standards of care and wellbeing for our residents.

Qualifications

• A caring and patient nature is essential.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Ability to work well under pressure is important.
• Previous experience as a carer is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residents' personal care, respecting dignity and promoting independence.
• Ensure high-quality care services and support residents daily.
• Perform general day-to-day tasks in the home and report to senior staff.

About the role

As a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a focused team in maintaining the personal care needs of our residents, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence at all times. You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for our residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in our home.
