Job summary

Shockerwick House Care Home in Bath seeks a part-time Receptionist to cover 20 hours weekly, including weekends. You will greet visitors, manage enquiries, and provide support to the Home Manager with administrative tasks.

• Previous receptionist experience with customer service
• Friendly, approachable, and organised
• Ability to build relationships with residents and families

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home
• Take responsibility for managing new enquiries
• Providing advice and support both face to face and over the phone
• Conducting show-arounds within the care home
• Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paperwork and filing
• Dealing with enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed
