Exemplar Health Care is seeking an Office Manager for Primrose Place care home in Coalville. The role involves maintaining financial records, managing budgets, payroll processing, and handling staff records and general enquiries.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) in Ashby Road, Coalville. You'll support a brand-new team in a state-of-the-art home designed with the people we support in mind and help shape its culture.

Qualificações

• Experience in administration or office management is required.
• Strong data processing skills are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Solid IT/digital skills and working knowledge of relevant software.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate financial records and our purchase ordering/sales ledger system.
• Effectively manage budgetary controls.
• Complete staff records including attendance and holiday records.
• Process payroll information.
• Serve as first point of contact for colleagues, the people we support and visitors.
• Oversee the home’s general enquiries and correspondence.
• Promote choice, dignity and independence.
