Wellbeing Care welcomes a dedicated Care Home Manager to lead The Dell Care Home in delivering exceptional, person-centred care for residents. You will oversee daily operations, motivate the care team and ensure safe, compliant practice within a supportive environment.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and a deep commitment to safeguarding and quality improvement, while collaborating with residents, families and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent).
• Previous management experience within a care home setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and safeguarding.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the care home.
• Lead, support and motivate the care team.
• Ensure high standards of person-centred care and safeguarding.
• Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
• Work closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
