Job summary

Wellbeing Care is seeking an experienced and motivated Care Home Manager to lead The Dell Care Home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety and wellbeing for our residents.

You will manage day-to-day operations, support and develop the care team, maintain CQC compliance and work closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care. A strong commitment to safeguarding and continuous quality improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent).
• Previous management experience within a care home setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and safeguarding.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.
