Job summary

Bupa UK is seeking a Home Manager for Middlesex Manor Care Home in Wembley. This permanent, full‑time role is 40 hours per week and offers a competitive salary with a 30% management bonus and a generous benefits package.

You will lead a multi‑disciplinary team, deliver outstanding resident care, manage budgets and regulatory compliance, and build strong internal and external relationships to support the home’s performance.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge and LMCS, RMA or equivalent management qualification.
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team in a care home setting.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in UK adult social care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver personalised resident care.
• Identify business opportunities and manage the home’s operating budget.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all applicable areas.
• Develop strong internal and external relationships to support the home and Bupa brand.
