Job summary

HC-One is seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a Dementia, Residential and Specialist care home with kindness at the core. You’ll oversee resident wellbeing, develop care plans, and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

You will ensure safety, compliance with standards and legislation, and foster a compassionate, inclusive culture that supports residents’ independence and dignity while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Registered Manager Award Level 4 or equivalent.
• Experience leading care homes with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and mentor the team to ensure smooth running of the home.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
