Salary: £47,000 - £52,000 per annum DOE

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

• Champion Quality Care: Promote individualized, person-centred care whilst proactively identifying and addressing risks or areas for improvement.
• Drive Excellence: Delivery of a service which is economically viable, manages resources effectively to meet resident expectations.
• Lead with Confidence: Oversee audit and inspections, conducted by CQC / Local Authorities to ensure excellent outcomes.
• Inspire Success: Accountable for the success of the home - through effective marketing, budget management, community engagement, driving occupancy / recruitment levels and overall resident experience.
