Nursing Home Manager
£55,000 per annum
Suffolk, Felixstowe


We are looking for an experienced nursing and dementia care Manager to oversee a small home located in the Felixstowe area. This home has been rated Good by CQC.

About you:

You should be passionate about delivering an excellent standard of care and support to our residents. You will be managing a team of nurses, carers and support staff to meet our residents needs on a daily basis. Overseeing all aspects of the home from quality and governance, retention and recruitment and financial performance, you will have a proven track record of meeting CQC standards and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Experience in a nursing home setting at manager level is essential for the role as well as ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment, A registered nurse with a valid PIN would be desirable for this position but not essential.
