Job summary

Healthcare Homes Holdings Limited is seeking a compassionate Home Manager for Aldringham Court in Suffolk. The role oversees nursing and residential care for up to 41 residents, with the home rated Good by CQC.

You will lead across departments, manage occupancy and staffing, perform governance audits, and ensure a safe, person-centred environment. A current RGN with PIN is desirable, and strong communication, problem solving and financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a nursing home with a track record of meeting CQC standards.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• RGN with PIN desirable as a qualification.

£60,000 - £65,000 per annum plus annual bonus scheme

Aldringham Court offers nursing and residential care for up to 41 residents. The home is rated Good by CQC.

What would a typical day look like?

Whilst no day will be the same in this incredibly rewarding role, responsibilities will include:

• Regular updates across the different departments within the home. Supporting with any developments and ensuring critical information is communicated effectively.
• Overseeing the occupancy and staffing levels across the home, reducing the need for agency staffing where possible.
• Undertake audits as required in accordance with our governance system.
• Ensuring a high standard of care at all times, putting our residents at the centre and making them feel safe, secure and comfortable within their home.

Our managers are the life and soul of our homes and you will bring your own personality and sense of joy into the home, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Great communication skills and ability to problem solve are essential, along with strong financial acumen and excellent people skills.

Previous management experience in a nursing home setting is required with a proven track record of meeting CQC standards and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. A RGN with valid PIN would be desirable.
