Exemplar Health Care is hiring a Maintenance Technician at Woolston House in Warrington. This part-time role (20 hours per week, no weekends but flexible) focuses on keeping fabric, fixtures and equipment in good condition to ensure a safe, welcoming home for residents and staff.

• Experience in general maintenance and upkeep of home facilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with using IT/digital tools in daily tasks.
• Able to work well in a team and support residents.
