Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Wells to help keep our care home safe, clean, and attractive for residents. This part-time role (20 hours per week, Mon-Fri) involves a variety of tasks to ensure the building and grounds meet high standards day in day out.

You will work with a caring, patient team and be reliable, flexible, and ready to handle a range of maintenance duties to support our residents and staff every day.
