Job summary

Exemplar Health Care Woolston House in Warrington is hiring a Health Care Assistant for a part-time night shift (8pm to 12am), weekends included. You’ll support adults living with complex care needs to live their best lives in a state‑of‑the‑art home.

No two days are the same; duties include personal care, meal support, health and wellbeing, social activities, and maintaining care records. We value care‑focused people and offer induction, training, and a range of rewards.
