Job summary

Hill Care is seeking a Maintenance Person to join our care home team. You will perform daily maintenance on the building, services, and grounds to keep the home safe and well-functioning. The role requires DIY and decorating skills, flexibility, and a sensitive approach to caring for residents.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring high standards of safety and quality while supporting older residents with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to complete day-to-day repairs and maintenance to a safe, high standard.
• Commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals with dignity.
• Good written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day maintenance on building fabric, services and grounds.
