Kingsley Healthcare Group is seeking a Maintenance Person to keep the premises and grounds in excellent condition. You will perform routine checks, carry out repairs, and liaise with engineers or service agents to address issues.

The role emphasizes safety and reliability in a close-knit team environment while supporting resident well-being. The position requires hands-on maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as with others.

Formación

• Experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in computer software, including spreadsheets and word processing.
• Ability to manage budgets and maintain financial records.
• D1 driving licence is essential.
