Job summary

SPRINGCARE LTD is seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team at Hinstock Manor. The role involves varied tasks from furniture repair to routine safety checks and painting, with a focus on a safe, well-maintained environment for residents.

The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance, good communication, a proactive work ethic, and a full driving licence. Permanent full/part-time day contracts and pension access are offered along with training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar maintenance environment.
• Good communication with residents and colleagues.
• Able to carry out basic joinery, plumbing, and painting.
• Willingness to attend training and develop skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs.
• Carry out routine checks on equipment and services.
• Keep building exterior clean and safe; change bulbs.
• Maintain stock of tools and spare parts.
• Provide meter readings and support safety checks.
