Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in general maintenance or handyman role.
• Full driving licence is required.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety, Fire Safety, and COSHH basics.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance tasks and basic repairs inside and outside the home.
• Assist residents with room setup and decor as needed.
• Ensure routine redecorations are done to maintain standards.
• Advise on supplies and order replacements in a timely manner.
• Provide out-of-hours emergency service and participate in on-call rota.
