TLC Care is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our care home to oversee daily maintenance of the building, its services and grounds, ensuring safety and continuous, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• General maintenance knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and joinery work.
• Understanding of current health and safety regulations.

• Carry out day-to-day maintenance of the fabric of the building, services and grounds to ensure safety and efficient operation.
• Keep up-to-date records and perform general administration related to the role; communication in English is required.
