Harbour Healthcare is seeking a Kitchen Assistant for Granby Rose Care Home, Highgate Park, Harrogate. This full-time role offers a 07:30 AM – 06:30 PM shift and a competitive hourly rate of £12.72.

No previous experience or formal qualifications are required; training will be provided to help you become a valued member of our team, delivering clean, well-presented living spaces and supporting residents and colleagues. You will help maintain cleanliness and safety across the home.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn and develop as a care worker.

Responsibilities

• Keep beds tidy and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in residents' homes and communal spaces.
• Work in housekeeping to keep linen clean for residents' comfort and hygiene.
• Watch for fire and accident risks and coordinate with teams to reduce risks to resident safety.
