Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar catering role, ideally in a care environment.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety COSHH regulations.
• Empathy and a desire to make a difference to residents' lives.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Can-do team worker with flexibility and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chefs in planning and providing high-quality meals that meet dietary requirements.
• Plan, prepare, and serve balanced meals meeting dietary needs.
• Ensure all food meets Food Hygiene Standards and follow safe methods of work.
• Manage stocks and stores with proper labeling and stock rotation.
• Maintain records such as fridge temperature checks to meet hygiene requirements.
