The role involves preparing food as directed by the Head Chef, assisting in kitchen duties and serving meals, and liaising with care staff and residents in a polite, person-centred way.

• Preparing all foodstuff, as directed by the Head Chef.
• Assisting and executing various kitchen duties such as ensuring cleaning schedules are adhered to.
• Assisting in preparation and serving of all meals, in a timely manner.

• Being responsible for understanding health and safety requirements.
