Qualifications

• Experience working in a care home kitchen is preferred.

• Good standard of English and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve hot and cold meals for residents, accommodating special dietary requirements.
• Report to Head Chef and maintain accurate records and ordering of food supplies.
• Check deliveries and ensure crockery and equipment are cleaned and stored; kitchen and dining areas meet Health and Safety standards.
