Rochcare in the United Kingdom is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to maintain sanitary, comfortable, and safe spaces for staff, residents, and visitors. The role focuses on delivering high-standard daily cleaning across bedrooms and communal areas, with strict adherence to safety and hygiene policies.

The successful candidate will be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to integrate into a supportive team, with ongoing training and performance reviews to grow their skills within our care home

Responsibilities

• Complete daily cleaning requirements to bedrooms and communal areas to an exceptional standard.
• Report very dirty rooms, damages or unusual occurrences to the relevant manager.
• Inspect bed linen and towels, ensuring cleanliness and reporting damaged stock.
• Be aware of home conditions and report maintenance issues to the Maintenance Operative.
• Dispose of rubbish correctly and separate recyclables.
• Follow cleaning materials instructions and safety regulations.
• Report safety hazards or defects to the relevant manager.
• Comply with Health and Safety, Data Protection, and Team Handbook policies.
