Agincare Rose Court in Lewisham is seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for residents and staff. You will handle communal cleaning, dusting and vacuuming resident rooms, and support the home management team to uphold high hygiene standards.

The role emphasizes compassionate interaction with residents and a careful, respectful approach to care settings. Flexibility for weekend hours and a friendly, team-oriented work culture are also part of the role at Rose

Qualifications

• 12 months right to work
• Experience with cleaning and handling COSHH products
• Flexible to work 18 hours per week including weekends

Responsabilités

• Communal cleaning - ensure the communal areas are kept clean and safe for residents and employees
• Domestic tasks - dust, polish and vacuum residents' bedrooms thoroughly and ensuring use of appropriate warning signs when required
• Collaboration - work closely with the home management team to ensure the home meets the standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Companionship - provide support, communication and engagement to residents.
