Job summary

Nazareth care home is seeking a Domestic Assistant to maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment for residents, visitors and staff. You will clean assigned areas using the proper equipment, replenish supplies and ensure waste is managed responsibly.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience preferred but not required; full training will be provided.
• Essential you have good communication and can work in a team or alone.
• Must have good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and maintain a flexible approach.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas of the home using correct equipment and materials.
• Replenish supplies of disposable items (soap, paper towels, etc.).
• General tidying, cleaning and washing.
• Empty bins and arrange furniture and equipment in an orderly manner.
