Beaumont-Care-Homes is seeking a Domestic Assistant to maintain a hygienic and safe environment for residents. This full-time role involves cleaning duties, building positive relationships with residents and staff, and supporting residents to maintain independence.

We offer full training, a competitive salary, generous holiday entitlement and shift work on a rota. On-site parking and a pension plan are provided.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a similar environment.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out duties to ensure a high level of cleanliness.
• Understand cleaning requirements of varying communal and individual locations in the home along with the equipment and the properties of cleaning materials.
• Develop positive relationships with residents, staff, residents’ families and visitors.
• Help to support residents to maintain their independence and sense of value.
• Work safely within company policies, seeking advice and guidance when necessary.
• Your caring nature and positive attitude, will allow you to give the best possible service to the residents in our care.
• As a team player working well with others you enjoy communication, provide the energy and hard work needed for a changing environment.
