Job summary

Keys Group's Cedar House in Bryncoch, Neath is seeking an experienced care home cook to prepare 40–50 meals daily, catering for special diets with dignity and respect.

You will manage kitchen supplies, order food, handle budgets, and ensure COSHH and HACCP paperwork is completed, while supporting residents with meal choices based on individual preferences.

Experience with puree meals and swallowing difficulties is advantageous; join a team that values quality, safety and person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking for care settings or similar environments.
• Ability to prepare meals for mixed dietary requirements and textures.
• Familiarity with COSHH and HACCP paperwork and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cook 40–50 meals per day.
