Job summary

Qualifications

• Food hygiene certificate and catering qualification preferred but not essential.
• Ability to develop varied menus and dietary-compliant meals.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication with residents and staff.
• Adaptable and creative in food preparation and service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve meals for residents.
• Understand dietary needs and help develop suitable menus.
• Interact with residents to gather feedback on meals.
• Comply with food hygiene standards and document checks.
• Maintain records as required and work as part of the Catering Team.
