Qualifications

• City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or equivalent, or working towards.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive and reliable approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality, nutritious meals for residents.
• Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards.
• Assist with menu planning, kitchen organisation and service.
• Work as part of a supportive team with care staff.
