HC-One is seeking a dedicated Chef to join our care home kitchen team in the United Kingdom. You will prepare wholesome, homemade meals that meet nutritional needs and bring comfort and enjoyment to Residents every day.

As an experienced cook with NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality and Level 2 Food Hygiene, you will uphold HACCP standards, plan appealing menus, and work collaboratively within a caring HC-One culture focused on residents’ wellbeing.

Qualifications

• S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Solid understanding of HACCP and food safety.
• Creative menu planning and presentation.
• Team player with a caring approach reflecting HC-One values.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve wholesome, homemade meals for Residents.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen practice.
