Choice Care Group seeks a Cook for Otterbourne House in Compton. You will prepare healthy, balanced meals, manage weekly shopping lists and budgets, and collaborate with staff to ensure safety and high quality service.

Responsibilities include menu design, dietary compliance, allergen awareness, stock rotation and maintaining kitchen hygiene to support residents in a caring home environment.

Responsibilities

• Create appropriate, exciting and well-balanced menus for residents.

• Prepare food to a high standard.
• Maintain relevant records and control stock rotation.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and hygienic.
• Complete weekly food shops whilst managing the budget and safety standards.
• Set a professional example with all working methods, procedures and hygiene.
