Job summary

MPA Recruitment operates across Northern Ireland and is hiring Support Services Assistants for Care Homes. This role combines catering and domestic duties to maintain a high standard of service in a clean, safe environment.

You will assist with meal prep and serving, deliver meals, clean areas, and support infection control while following safety regulations. Various shifts available, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering, cleaning, hospitality, or healthcare support roles is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
• Flexible and reliable approach to work.
• Commitment to cleanliness and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Catering duties: assist with meal prep and serving, deliver meals, set up dining areas, maintain cleanliness, follow HACCP.
• Domestic services: clean wards and spaces, vacuum/sweep/mop, dispose of waste, replenish hygiene supplies, follow infection control.
