Job summary

MPA Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents in a safe, homely environment. You will help with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily routines while building strong bonds with residents, families, and colleagues.

We value kindness, reliability, and a positive attitude. Training and NI checks are part of the role; flexible shifts may be available to fit family life.

Qualifications

• 6 months UK-based experience in healthcare settings such as residential homes, supported living and care homes.
• Kind, compassionate and reliable nature.
• Willingness to complete Enhanced Access NI.
• Willingness to complete E-Learning and Practical Training.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
